Specific Skills
- With at least 2 years of hands-on experience in sales of construction material products such as gensets/air compressors/commercial and industrial pumps and/or gencon construction projects (Required)
- Preferred but not required: experience with CRM
Responsible For
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets
- Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets set by management
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process; lead generation; credentials pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
- Prepare accreditation requirements
- Develop new business relationships
- Presents effective and professional presentations on TMC products and services
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is kept current at all times in Hubspot
- Develop, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of TMC’s product portfolio of products and services
- Report n sales, activity and performance as required by Sales & Marketing Manager
- Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as TMC policies
- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events/seminars. Provide feedback to Sales & Marketing Manager
