Specific Skills
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or one (1) or more years of related commercial construction industry experience
- Ability to read and analyze construction documents for commercial and civil construction
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to compose reports and business
- Ability to communicate with Managers and Vendors effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to learn and follow safety instruction from project manager, and safety consultants.
- Good documentation and record keeping skills and attention to detail are essential
- Oversight and study of designs
Responsible For
- Carry out elements of Owner contract and Sub Contractor contracts – Specifications, drawings, general conditions, supplementary conditions, addendums, changes.
- Read and comprehending blueprints for use in the field and in discussion with Owners, Architects, Tiger’s Mark Corporation management and crews.
- Analyze and understand self-performed work. Analyze processes – make suggestions to be efficient and
- Work with crews in the field – know the fundamentals of Tiger’s Mark Corporation and self-performed work, know the deadlines and timelines crews are on, answer crew questions, guide crews to meet established deadlines
- Field Layout
- Understand and carryout Tiger’s Mark Corporation Operations Manual
- Completion/assistance with daily and weekly safety  inspections, weekly safety meetings
- Assist with Estimating/Perform Quantity Take-offs
- Master the Tiger’s Mark Corporation filing
- Understand and carry out Tiger’s Mark Corporation Safety Manual
- Establish safety on site – correspond with Tiger’s Mark Corporation staff and Safety Consultants regarding safety concerns, corrections, and policies.
- Meet with the client PMs and prepare monthly billing sheet
- Lead project meeting updates with client
- Review monthly measurements and work with the site manager to direct work efforts to correct any measurement misses
- Communicate with client representatives to ensure their needs are being met
- Negotiation & management of subcontracts and charge orders, invoices and associated documentation
- Maintain job subcontract and submittal log
- Maintain job files and as-builts
- Develop and maintain schedule with PM input
- Understand delivery ticket
