  • Graduate of BS Architecture.
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience with projects such as malls, fit-out projects
  • Can work alone and with minimal supervision
  • Good documentation and record keeping skills and attention to detail are essential

Responsible For
  • Supports the supervision and coordination of the entire project.
  • Ensures the quality and timeliness of project execution.
  • Assigned to handle Projects
  • Ensures that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
  • Monitors and evaluates the progress and status of projects.
  • Monitors the implementation of designs and drawings.
  • Evaluates and reviews the designs and plans before, during and after execution.
  • Ensures proper coordination with team, consultants, and contractors, production department and Engineering Department
  • Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
  • Reviews reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects.
  • Work with the technical director to lead the technical team and consultants to ensure that construction documents accurately interpret the intended design
  • Rendering autocad, sketch up, and drawing details
  • Meet with the client PMs and prepare monthly billing sheet
  • Lead project meeting updates with client
  • Review monthly measurements and work with the site manager to direct work efforts to correct any measurement misses
  • Communicate with client representatives to ensure their needs are being met
  • Negotiation & management of subcontracts and charge orders, invoices and associated documentation
  • Maintain job subcontract and submittal log
  • Maintain job files and as-builts
  • Develop and maintain schedule with PM input
  • Understand delivery ticket
